We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Its location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach as it is just a few steps away. The hotel has private lounges, which were always available for us, and a large pool that the whole family enjoyed. This made for an unforgettable vacation. Additionally, the hotel facilities are well-kept and clean, from the bathroom in our room to the common areas. We were also pleased with the staff, who were friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to a supermarket was convenient, as we were able to buy snacks and refreshments for our stay.
Was all great.

There were 3 adults in the room including 1 wheelchair user. Everything worked well, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast from everyone, always refilled. Pool very well maintained, also accessible by wheelchair! Stand in close proximity. Parking behind the house.
Everything is okay for us!

we spent 4 days at the Park Hotel Peru. The staff is very very nice, especially Lorenzo :O). we had an older room (but the bathroom was newly renovated). the room was a bit too small for 2 adults and 1 child. from the bathroom it stunk from the drain every day :O( , but it worked when the bathroom door was closed. Breakfast was ok. the pool was super big and the whole complex very clean.

Could not be improved.

Very clean and always helpful when we had a question. We were always friendly welcomed and said goodbye when we left the hotel
That the mattresses in bed always slipped apart

Had a fantastic New Year's experience! Location was superb, just a stone's throw from the beach and close to plenty of amazing restaurants. Loved the reserved sunbeds and umbrellas - always easy to find a spot. The room was cozy, tidy and clean, with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. So happy with the best entertainment activities offered and the amazing New Year's Eve party!
The breakfast selection could have been improved; felt there was a limited choice of different foods.

The food and drinks were very expensive, and we were not provided with a menu.

The location is top. Great, friendly staff. Restaurants nearby were good. In pool the children had a lot of fun. It was also great that we got our room already in the morning. The bathroom was very clean, big and nice
The beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast could have more choice.

The hotel had a great location, just across the street from the beach. the swimming pools were also very nice and clean. the breakfast options were decent with a variety of basic pastries and cheese and ham.
The staff was not very helpful and didn't speak much English. the rooms were outdated and the beds were uncomfortable.

The location was excellent -- close the beach, middle of the pedstrian street in the evenings, close to shopping and resturants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and refreshing.
Breakfast was a little light, and got a bit boring after the third day.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of attractions, including a nearby arcade with kids rides, a supermarket, and, best of all, a beautiful beach. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with clean and modern bathrooms, and the staff is pleasant and accommodating, providing amazing customer service. Guests can enjoy on-site parking, a large pool, and several good restaurants nearby.
Some guests have noted issues with unreliable WiFi and the occasional problems with the water quality in the pool.

Situated close to private beach area with free chairs. The road outside the hotel is a pedestrian street every evening - The swimming pool is ok
We booked a superior room, But this is the poorest and smallest superior room we have ever seen. Aircondition was out of order, and the balconys nearest neighbour is a Tivoli for kids, open every night! Breakfast was lousy, we only had it twice - Overall: We left a day earlier than booked/payed
